How do we ship?
Products from our range are shipped via the parcel service provider UPS Express.
For larger volumes and quantities, we commission a shipping company.
Your order will be processed by us immediately upon receipt. Currently, the delivery of your order takes place within 1 to 7 working days. On average, delivery takes 1-2 working days from the receipt of the order.
Credit cards?We have an extremely low profit margin and ask for your understanding that we must pass on the incurred fees of 2.5% for Paypal or credit card payments to you.
Shipping costs?- Domestic: UPS Express 6.90 Euros
- Germany: UPS 7.90 Euros
- EU Abroad: from 12.90 Euros
- Cash on delivery (only domestic) additional: 5 Euros
